COME UNTO ME

There is a voice calling above the noise of the street,

above regret, failure, and exhaustion.

It is not the voice of religion.

It is not the voice of judgment.

It is not a voice of politics.

It is Jesus Christ saying:

“Come unto Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

This call is for the weary…

those struggling to survive,

those crushed by guilt,

those whose health are failing

those worn down by life and sin.

Jesus does not say, “Fix yourself first.”

He says, “Come.” He knows your past.

He sees your burden.

And still, He invites you.WHY YOU MUST COME

Sin may be sweet, it may promise freedom but comes with chains and limitations. It separates man from God and leaves the soul restless and destined for destruction.

God does not turn away from the brokenhearted.

The Bible says, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

(Psalm 34:18)

Jesus went to the cross carrying sin that was not His;

our guilt, our shame, our rebellion. Yet, He says “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.”

(Isaiah 1:18)

This is salvation:

God reaching for man through Christ.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

(John 3:16). God’s agenda is reconciling the world to Himself through His Son-Jesus Christ.

Man may condemn you, not God, He loves you.

For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

(John 3:17)

…not counting their trespasses against them.”

(2 Corinthians 5:19)

A CALL TO REPENTANCE

To repent means to turn from sin, to turn from self-rule and

turn to God.

Jesus promises, “Whoever comes to Me I will never cast out.”

(John 6:37)

Do not delay, do not harden your heart.

Come honestly. Come humbly. Come now.

A PRAYER OF REPENTANCE

Say these prayers from a sincere heart

Lord Jesus !

I answer your call.

I turn from my sin and come to You.

I believe You died for me and rose again.

Forgive me. Save my soul. Restore me.

Be my Lord and Savior.

I place my life in Your hands.

Amen.”

You were not made to carry this burden forever.

You were made for restoration.

And Jesus is still calling:

COME UNTO ME.
